Return & Refund

We hope you are very pleased with your purchase. But if for some reason a product does not meet your expectations before you have used it, you may return it for a full refund for free within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged.
Items must be returned in the original packaging with original labels.
We suggest you keep all packaging until you have made your final decision to keep the item.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Exchanges

Ordered a wrong size? Good news! No need to go through return process and send us items back. We have very easy and fortunate exchange option. You WILL NOT pay return shipping fee and return the wrong size ordered. You will be offered 70% discount on new size chosen.

Refunds

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong,damaged or defective item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
If you do not want the product you’ve received due to choosing incorrect sizing or other reasons, you are eligible for a full refund but you must return the unused item to our offices, you should pay shipping cost.

Other uncontrollable factors

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of mypelogear.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can contact us support@mypelogear.com.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7business days.
