How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on the country and the product ordered. Please allow 14 days before contacting us.
The order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). The order handling time is 1 -2 business days (Monday to Friday).
How much is shipping fee?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will automatically receive an email 1-3 days after your order was shipped. You could track your item using this link:
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”
This is normal. For most shipping companies, it will take between 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
If your order was dispatched more than five business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us and we will chase it up for you.
Why I received items in different packages?
To speed up your delivery times we ship clothing items as jerseys, bibs and jackets directly from our production factory. These items will be sent in one package.
Versus cycling accessories ( as gloves, socks and other ) might be sent in different packages directly from our cycling accessories distributors.
Don't worry, we will not add any additional cost to your order but may result in packages arriving separately. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Where do you ship your items from?
We have few warehouses for different items. Cycling accessories and gear will be shipped from warehouse in USA in Houston or factory in Shenzen. Cycling jerseys and bibs will be shipped directly from factories in Italy or Shenzen.
